What is your Refund Policy?

Deposits for camps and clinics are non-refundable. You will be able to transfer deposits and camp payments to future camps and clinics should your plans change.

Refunds will not be given if we have to cancel sessions or reschedule based on weather. This is one of the many factors out of our control. If you are concerned about weather but want to secure a spot at our camp/clinic, we recommend putting a deposit down.

Refunds will be granted on the following basis:
- Refunds requested 30 or more days before the start of camp: Full refund, except registration fee.
- Refund requested 15 days or more before the start of camp: Half refund, except registration fee.
- Refund requested within 7 days of camp: No refund.
- At any point, we can transfer your funds to a future camp or clinic should a family emergency come up or an additional conflict arises that is out of your control.
